How to contribute to our vision

Our team is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for assembly, installation, and commissioning procedures of offshore wind turbines, in line with design and project specific requirements. We are responsible for entire turbine and we provide work instructions, checklists and risk assessments.

Your main tasks as a Safety Engineer will include:

  • Facilitating risk assessment for assembly and installation processes

  • Reviewing providing input for work instructions

  • Collaborating with HSE Managers in Projects

  • Collecting lessons learned from projects and providing knowledge sharing sessions to the engineering department

  • Supporting Line Management in managing corrective and preventive Health and Safety incidents

  • Developing standardized safety approaches for construction processes, as well as strategies to continuously improve our safety standards

  • Project site visits

What you need to make a difference;

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • A degree in safety engineering, risk management, and/or other relevant engineering disciplines

  • Alternatively, a hands-on experience in combination with relevant HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH)

  • Ideally, you have a few years of working experience, preferably in offshore wind or other construction industry

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and regulations (e.g. Machinery Directive, ISO 45001, ISO 12100)

  • A detailed understanding of risk management methodologies and principles

  • Excellent English language skills, both orally and in writing

  • You are proactive and take ownership of your own projects

  • You are a team player with good cooperation skills and detail oriented mindset

  • You put safety first and you know how to engage in constructive and open-minded discussions

  • You like to work in an international environment
