What you will do :

Responsible for handling projects of IBMS System, Building management system, Fire Alarm system, Public addressable system & CCTV system.

Work experience with Responsible for handling and execution of projects of IBMS System, Building management system, Fire Alarm system, and Public addressable system & CCTV system.

Work experience with for handling and execution of projects of IBMS System, Building management system, Fire Alarm system, and Public addressable system & IP Based CCTV system

Competent professional with experience of more than 5 years including Project Management.

• Worked on Fire protection system, ELV system, Contracts, Billing and Collection that supported company’s design-build construction business/group, managed pre-construction planning & services and successful completion.

• Developed full scale project plans and associated communication documents including, project dependencies, timelines, milestones and critical path using appropriate tools, progress reports, budget reports and requirements documentation.

• Liaised with subcontractors and subordinates to get the things done within projected timelines.

• Possesses in-depth understanding of various safety methods; proven capabilities in coordinating / leading variety of people and projects.

• A keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effectuating process initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization
