Role: Safety & Resilience Systems and Quality Specialist

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the S&R System & Insights Team Lead, the Safety and Resilience Systems and Quality Specialist, interprets and reports Quality performance and QMS.  This role maintains Quality Management and reporting system, and development of new functionality and modules as needed.

Key Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in a relevant discipline

  • Total Experience: 3 to 5 years

  • Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience in managing and administering an electronic platforms.
    Strong technical skills, including proficiency with web-based software, database management, and system integration.
    Experience in user training, technical support, and documentation management.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and supporting a diverse user base.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Experience with Power BI and data analytics.
    Strong background in process optimization.

Must Have experience

  • System Administration Experience – Capability to manage and maintain safety reporting platforms, control user access, troubleshoot issues and optimized system functionality

  • Business address handling experience.

  • Experience in handling large dataset ensuring data integrity and optimizing reporting process.

  • Presentation and reporting – Strong skills in communicating data insights to senior stakeholders, preparing executive reports and explaining complex data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Governance and SOP developement – abhility to create reporting guidelines, data validation processes and risk controll frameworks.

  • Experienced with issue disgonosis and resolution. – Experience in debugging system failures, Analysing loggs and resolving user reported technical problem.

Responsibility

  • QMS Framework Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement the QMS framework, ensuring alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    Automation & Workflow Optimization: Develop and integrate electronic forms, workflows, and modules to automate and streamline quality management processes.

    QMS Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee system maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure the QMS runs smoothly and efficiently.

    User Training & Support: Create and deliver training programs, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective QMS usage.

    Document Control & Access Management: Manage document control processes, including versioning, approvals, archival, and enforce access control to safeguard quality documents.

    Reporting & Performance Metrics: Generate KPI reports, track system usage and training effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on user feedback.

    Collaboration with Quality Teams: Work with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams to ensure the QMS supports quality processes, audits, and accurate records.

    Continuous Improvement, System Validation & Compliance: Lead continuous improvement efforts, ensure the QMS complies with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GxP, GAMP5).
