Sabre Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

This role requires hands-on experience with:

• Supporting and Implementing distributed applications in production
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), or AWS
• Building and maintaining observability
  • Hands-on with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Google dashboard, Zabbix, or similar
  • Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces for application-level monitoring
• Incident response and root cause analysis at the application level
  • Experience supporting distributed applications in production environments
  • Deep understanding of application performance, latency, and error handling
• Automation of operational tasks and reliability improvements
  • Proficiency with Ansible for automating application deployments, configuration management, and operational tasks
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar languages
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Working closely with development teams to improve service performance and availability
