Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, actively engaging with potential customers, and maintaining client relationships. This includes identifying and reaching out to potential leads, delivering sales presentations, and closing deals. The candidate will also provide product demonstrations, offer customer service support, and conduct training sessions for clients to ensure the effective use of products.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and provide exceptional support
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Ability to deliver Training to clients for effective product utilization
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Previous experience in tech solutions or SaaS sales is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
