Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for the acquisition of SME Businesses in the Electronics manufacturing space.
- Build a quality SME portfolio and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Coordinate for pre- and post-sales processes to ensure timely onboarding.
- Partner with channel partners/ SMEs from EMS/ OEMs globally, identify new product opportunities, and suggest new business strategies.
Good to have:
- 59 years of experience in business development roles for the OEMs/ EMS firms.
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and suggesting strategies
- Having exposure of electronics, OEMs, EMS, Semiconductors is mandatory.
- Mandatory experience scaling revenue for B2B SaaS products.
- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Experience leading squads in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or industrial data products is a plus
