Responsibilities
What you will be doing
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Oracle SaaS team, youll be the first point of contact for many prospects exploring how Oracles AI and applications innovations can transform their business. Youll uncover opportunities, qualify customer needs, and create pipeline across Oracles full SaaS portfolio - ERP, HCM, SCM, OTM and CX.
You will:
- Generate and qualify demand for Oracle SaaS solutions through outbound prospecting.
- Apply a consultative, problem-solving approach to understand customer challenges and align Oracles solutions.
- Articulate Oracles unified value proposition - where data, AI, and applications come together in one secure platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, Marketing to progress qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
- Leverage sales tools, analytics, and AI-assisted platforms to improve outreach quality and conversion efficiency.
