S2P Reporting Clerk – Assistant Manager- English –Hybrid Bucharest

Responsibilities

Run existing reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Improve & maintain reports based on the S2P Europes request
Supports project, initiatives with ad hoc reports
Develop new analysis, dashboards
Learn new technologies and develop yourself (VBA, Power Query, Python etc.)
Use your creative & critical thinking
Drive process improvements, participate in execution of projects related to standardization, quality improvements, simplification or compliance
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team

Miniumum Qualifications

Written and verbal fluency in English (min B2 level)

The analytical mind: appetite for data crunching, never scared by numbers, Excel functions & eagerness to learn about new tools
Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
Good verbal communication skills as you will work a lot with S2P Operations- and other peer teams
Preferred Qualifications
Previous knowledge/experience in AP or finance and accounting
Previous SSC/Finance experience
Flexible approach and self-motivated with strong team spirit
