Job Description

Responsibilities


Attend to the Ariba non-technical queries from the client through Teams Chat, Emails (~85%) and Teams Calls (~15%).
Identify the solution through problem solving approach and give resolution to the B2B customer.
Managing ticketing tool Service Now to log tickets and ensure the right resolution within the specified timelines.
Work on the report and publish a weekly dashboard to internal leadership.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba would be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications


Any Graduate
Willing to work in a US shift.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications


Exposure to sourcing operations in Ariba
Call center customer service experience
