The Practice- A Brief Sketch:

As part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, you will work closely with our clients as Consulting Professionals who design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

• Enterprise Business Solutions: Drive new-age application and integration digital architecture solutions.

• Architecture Transformation: Crack business problems to define the digital journey from the current state to the to-be enterprise environment.

• Growth and Innovation Capabilities: Assist our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation for high performance

Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:

• Evaluate work effort and the consulting engagement pricing

• Experience in migration of existing applications and development of new applications using CSP's cloud services

• Experience in leading complex multi-hybrid cloud transformations in the capacity of a project leader, key contributing SME and trusted advisor for a client

• Deep techno-commercial appreciation of how each clouds services and offerings play a role in designing a transformation roadmap that is cost optimized, technically feasible and right fitment of various transformation archetypes (such as rehost vs re-factor vs re-platform vs building new on cloud-native approach)

• Depth in at least 2 core industries in terms of Cloud offerings and solutions from CSP as well as Industry-cloud OEM and vendors (Banking & FS, Retail & Consumer Goods, Media & Telecom, Industrial / Auto / Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Public Services)

• Fully conversant with developing Cloud business case, cloud journey roadmap, architecture options (depth of architecture options and key solution considerations), FinOps, Cloud operating model (Org structure for transformation and operations), and supporting innovations on cloud using Data/AI and others.

• Assess clients current state platforms, infrastructures and applications portfolio and guiding them on how to orchestrate and govern these post cloud migration

• Build cloud business cases by helping determine the best ROI and high business value by mixing different technologies and methodologies

• Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer technical landscape including security and compliance requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements

• Collaborate with CSP field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers utilize CSP services in key market verticals & regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, banking , and Insurance

• Liaison with business for Cloud related requirement and solution architecture Creating and documenting best practices and procedures for cloud infra management Project planning, execution and crisis management for achieving quick and timely delivery

• Understand the customers enterprise constraints, challenges and policies.

• Help determine the best ROI and high business value by mixing different technologies and methodologies.

• Overseeing the production and implementation of architecture solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure/ application architecture, development and operating models

• Help solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment

• Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes

• Assist our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation in order to sustain high performance

• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs

• Build on leadership skills along with strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
