Position Name: RxSWIN-AISxWIN Manager

Department: Research and Development

Functional Area: EE/3

Location: Chakan, Pune

Years of Experience: 6-10 years

Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Electrical & Electronics or equivalent

Purpose of the Position

• Generation, administration & documentation of RxSWIN/AISxSWIN Identification Number in RxSWIN Database (RxSWIN DB) Software
• Create the RxSWIN-DC using RxSWIN-DB
• Ensure compliance with SUMS (Software Update Management System) processes
• Coordination with Verbund Control Board and Homologation Team
• Coordination with all functions BTVs
• Representing Engineering in different forums, SET Meetings etc.
• Project Coordination and Tracking (Time, Cost & Quality) against Milestones

Authority

• Data approval / release at each Project milestones
• Create, administer, release and manage the RxSWIN-DC for the relevant projects
• Propose Technology driven initiatives
• Cross Functional Management

Skills Required

• Good understanding of SUMS (Software Update Management System) Process and Workflow
• Expertise in SW Database Management
• Communication & Analytical skills
• Good knowledge of automobile technics
• Familiarity MS Office
• Project Management
• Automotive E&E Product development knowledge
• Good administrative skills: ability to plan, develop a structure

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Generate, administer & document RxSWN/AISxSWIN Identification Number
• Check, manage and transfer information about the validity and release of the RxSWIN/AISxSWIN
• Coordinate with component Technical development team and ensure requirements are analyzed, prepared and executed in an efficient and appropriate way for decision making or implementation
• Continuously seek, identify and co-ordinate new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on competitor/market trends, customer requirements
• Communication with Team. Meetings with CFT & MB
• Version Release tracking & general checks (ECU SW, HW version)
• Control Unit Release with VM statement for Pre and Series Productions
• Ensure project targets and milestones (time, cost and Quality)
