Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rust Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Rust Engineer will design, develop, and maintain robust and high-performance software systems using the Rust programming language. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participating in code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring system scalability and security. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve architectural goals and product milestones, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming and understanding of systems programming concepts
• Experience with multithreading, memory safety, and concurrent programming
• Familiarity with distributed systems, networking protocols, and system-level programming
• Knowledge of build systems, debugging tools, and performance optimization techniques
• Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Experience in AI or cybersecurity systems is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
