Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Proven experience in full-stack web development, especially with Ruby on Rails and React

Deep understanding of the Rails framework, MVC architecture, and the Ruby ecosystem

Proficiency with Ruby gems, bundler, and dependency management

Experience with Rails testing frameworks such as RSpec and Minitest

Experience with Git in a collaborative team environment

Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS services

Strong understanding of AWS security standards including IAM, Security Groups, KMS, and Secrets Manager

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Empathy and a team-first mindset, with a passion for mentoring and growing engineers

Commitment to high-quality software development practices, including TDD and CI/CD

Must be based in Hyderabad and available to work from the office 23 days per week
