About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RTS (Real Time Streaming) - Redis | CI/CD / OpenShift Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in managing enterprise Redis and open-source Redis clusters, along with strong experience in Redis, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. This role involves working with large-scale streaming datasets, deploying scalable solutions in public cloud environments, and implementing automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Redis clusters and open-source Redis environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain source control practices using Git.
• Build, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other automation platforms.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment leveraging cloud-native tools.
• Implement GitOps practices for continuous deployment and operational efficiency.
• Architect and implement event-driven and streaming architectures at scale.
• Work with large streaming data sets, ensuring scalable and resilient data flows.
• Apply and implement industry-standard design patterns for cloud-native and streaming systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise Redis and open-source Redis cluster setup and management.
• Strong knowledge of source control with Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.
• Extensive exposure to public cloud environmentsAWS, Azure, and OCIand automation tools.
• Deep understanding of streaming data architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and deployment models.
• Excellent knowledge of design patterns relevant to streaming, caching, and cloud-native systems.
• Experience with large-scale streaming data processing.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing, DevOps technologies.
• Prior experience in financial services or high-volume data environments is a plus.
