Job Description
Location: Chennai/Coimbatore
The Regional RTSS resource will be responsible for business development, partner engagement, and revenue generation for solar rooftop projects in the industrial and commercial segments within the assigned region. The role demands a strong blend of technical know-how, sales acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Job Deliverables:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for rooftop solar solutions.
2. Channel Development & Partner Management : Establish and expand a robust channel and distribution network for solar rooftop solutions. Engage with dealers, distributors, and system integrators to drive sales and ensure effective market coverage
3. Customer Engagement & Solution Customization
4. Project Oversight & Execution
5. Team Leadership & Development
Soft Skills Requirement :
- Has relevant experience from prior solar solutions company
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently to drive new business opportunities.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen and experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles for rooftop solar solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Experience :
- B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 510 years in solar sales, with a proven track record in rooftop solar business development, particularly in the industrial/commercial segment.
