Background

Education: Bachelors degree required

Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience 3+ years in RPO environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Requirements

Strong customer focus and customer service skills Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data

Track record of high achievement

Demonstrated success working on teams

At least 2 years of experience in being accountable for the performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees

Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver against predetermined objectives

Proven experiences in addressing complex issues and developing recommended solutions

college or university degree or the equivalent work experience

Technical Requirements

Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and applicable tools
