Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPO Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for a hospital and healthcare client. This role will manage high-volume, specialized healthcare hiring including clinical, non-clinical, allied health, and leadership roles.
The RPO Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the recruitment team and hospital stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, quality of hire, and strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hospital roles (nurses, physicians, technicians, administrative staff, etc.)
- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning needs
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and time-to-fill targets
- Drive volume hiring campaigns for critical roles (e.g., ICU nurses, ER staff)
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary liaison between RPO team and hospital leadership
- Conduct regular review meetings with HR, department heads, and leadership
- Provide hiring insights, workforce analytics, and market intelligence
- Manage escalations and ensure service excellence
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruiters and sourcing specialists
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive recruiter productivity and quality standards
- Foster a high-performance, compliance-focused culture
