JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, and provide expert guidance on RPA best practices.

2. Translate complex business requirements into robust RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 tool, from process design to deployment

3. Evaluate existing processes and systems to determine their suitability for automation and propose process improvements.

4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through the architecture, development, and deployment phases

5. Stay up to date with the latest AA A360 developments, RPA trends, and emerging technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization.

6. Develop the technical solution and Solution Design Document for the RPA Automation.

7. Design technical specifications for RPA that meets the requirements and handle all the non-functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.

8. Assist development and support teams to resolve technical, functional and non-functional issues.

9. Ensure design quality and code quality by performing design reviews and code reviews for all the automations

10. Assist infra team in defining infra requirements for any new automation and debug infra issues.

11. Should have experience in implementing A360 features like Workload management, Document automation/Co-pilot / bot insights

12. Should have SQL query knowledge

13. Should have knowledge on any programming language like VBA, Java script, python

14. Communication should be good and able to manage multiple stakeholders

15. Should have A360 Advanced certified, and Master certified
