Job description - PMO Specialist in RPA domain
Experience
Solid ~5-8 years of working experience in Projects management and Project governance. RPA domain knowledge is a must
Must have Excellent communication skill and proficiency in O365 (word, excel, powerpoint), and project reporting.
Proven Project Management and team management experience on key projects
Should have handled a team of at least 6-8 members
Financial services experience with stake holder management
Ability to deliver regular Project status updates, dashboards, and KPIs to the manager or BU lead, highlighting risks, issues, and achievements.
Continuously review and optimize PMO processes and tools to increase delivery efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with technical leads in Project planning, documents creation, scheduling meetings and ensuring Minutes of meeting to stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
Previous RPA Technical / development experience will be a benefit.
Previous exp. In project management applications and software such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools will be plus.
Technical Knowledge/Skills
Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore Team leads/heads/ PICs to ensure clear understanding of requirements, deliverables, and other project expectations
Good to have knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
Deep understanding of technology
Previous experience in VB Script/DoT Net will be a benefit.
Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages .Net / VB is highly preferred
Hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite is advantageous
Qualifications
Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science
Business admin role will be plus
Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, or equivalent Certificates will be advantageous
