Role Summary

We are seeking an RPA Automation Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, test, and maintain robotic process automation solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, reliable bots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere,
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Create process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD)
• Build, test, debug, and enhance RPA bots to meet business requirements
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-deployment monitoring
• Handle bot scheduling, exception handling, and performance optimisation
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Provide support for incident resolution and continuous improvement of automations

Required Skills & Experience

• 23 years of hands-on experience in RPA development
• Strong experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath / Automation Anywhere
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation best practices
• Experience working with Excel, PDFs, emails, web applications, and APIs
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python preferred)
• Understanding of databases (SQL basics)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Desirable / Nice to Have

• RPA certification (UiPath Certified Developer, AA Certified Professional, etc.)
• Experience with OCR, AI/ML integration, or intelligent automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Experience in enterprise environments with governance frameworks
