Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere

Build and enhance Document Automation solutions for structured and unstructured documents

Configure, train, and fine-tune document models to improve extraction accuracy

Handle document classification, data extraction, validation, and exception handling

Develop reusable automation components and follow best practices

Work closely with business teams to understand document-heavy processes and automation needs

Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of document automation solutions

Troubleshoot and optimize existing bots and document workflows

Support testing, deployment, and production support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

48 years of experience in RPA development

Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere

Mandatory: Proven expertise in Document Automation

Experience working with complex document formats such as invoices, forms, contracts, PDFs, and scanned files

Strong understanding of OCR, data extraction, and document processing concepts

Experience in handling exceptions, validations, and accuracy tuning

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with enterprise-scale RPA deployments

Exposure to bot lifecycle management and governance

Understanding of security and compliance considerations in automation
