RPA Developer – ServiceNow
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer – ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow RPA development, with a strong technical background and a collaborative approach. This role involves working on automation projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, adhering to best practices.
- Analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions.
- Convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and documentation assessments to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Act as a lead developer, supporting and guiding other developers in the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow RPA trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow RPA development.
- Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UiPath (nice to have).
- Certifications in ServiceNow or RPA tools.
- Experience with process analysis and re-engineering.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python.
- Experience with development of cloud applications (preferably Azure).
