About the Role

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong expertise in UI-based automation and bot-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable and resilient UiPath bots to automate end-to-end business processes across web, desktop, and virtual environments. This role involves close collaboration with business and operations teams to deliver reliable, production-grade automations.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Development & Automation

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath bots for end-to-end process automation
• Build robust UI automations across web, desktop, Citrix, and virtual environments
• Handle dynamic UI elements using selectors, anchors, and computer vision
• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and fault-tolerant workflows

Orchestration & Optimization

• Configure and manage bots using UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)
• Monitor bot performance and resolve runtime issues proactively
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with business and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into automation logic
• Maintain clear technical and process documentation
• Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 24 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development
• Strong expertise in UI automation (web, desktop, Citrix)
• In-depth knowledge of selectors, dynamic UI handling, and Computer Vision
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator
• Strong understanding of REFramework and best practices for scalable automation
• Experience working with Excel, PDFs, web services, and databases

Problem Solving

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bot failures efficiently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
