Business Analyst Process Discovery / Intelligent Automation

Preferred Experience:

Total 8years experience.

Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Intelligent Automation tools/platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar.

Familiarity with process mining/discovery techniques and tools.

Experience preparing ROI justifications or business cases for automation projects.

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

About the Role:

Proven experience as a business analyst, process analyst, or similar role (ideally in automation, digital transformation, or operations).

Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and process documentation.

Excellent process mapping and analysis skills with an eye for detail.

Experience guiding customers and stakeholders through process improvements and technical solutions.

Demonstrated ability to upsell or identify value-adding opportunities within client engagements.

Outstanding communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written).

Comfortable working with non-technical and technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
