Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale automation solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable RPA solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

Collaborate with business analysts to understand and automate business processes.

Build reusable objects and components following Blue Prism best practices.

Perform feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and solution design. Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

510 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development.

Strong understanding of Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, Work Queues, and Schedulers.

Experience across the complete RPA lifecycle.

Knowledge of .NET, C#, VBA, or Java for integrations.

Experience with APIs, web services, and SQL databases.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
