RPA Blue Prism Developer

Position Summary:

MetLife is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Team Lead. Person should be open to learn and adopt knowledge of different technologies and flexible to work on US Time Zone, in 24x7 shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involvement in solution planning
• Convert business requirements to technical specifications.
• Hands on with code and algorithm.
• Write clean/optimized codes and review codes of the project team members (as applicable)
• Adhere to Agile Delivery model.
• Should be able to scale up on new technologies/tools.
• Should be able document project artifacts.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT domains
• Good communication skills
• Good experience on using Agile Methodology
• Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL
• Good Knowledge of development of Power Automate and BluePrism
• Good Understanding of machine learning
• Good Knowledge of Monitoring applications, server and services
• Good knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting issue
• Good Knowledge of workflow-based sense.
• Good Strong sense of analytical skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science.
