Role Summary

The UiPath Architect will define the RPA architecture strategy, design enterprise-scale automation solutions, and ensure platform scalability, security, and governance. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UiPath RPA architecture for enterprise implementations
• Define automation frameworks, coding standards, and best practices
• Evaluate business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches
• Architect secure, scalable UiPath Orchestrator environments (on-prem / cloud)
• Define RPA governance, credential management, and access control models
• Guide UiPath Leads and developers on complex technical implementations
• Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and RFP responses
• Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of RPA platforms
• Integrate UiPath with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and AI/ML components

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of deep UiPath experience in large-scale RPA programs
• Strong expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, triggers, and insights
• Experience designing RPA solutions across multiple business units
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, security, and cloud (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Strong experience with exception handling strategies and reusable frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Preferred

• UiPath Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer Certification
• Experience with AI Center, Document Understanding, or Process Mining
