Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Royalty Collection Manager to handle royalty follow-ups and payment collections. The role involves regular communication with clients, tracking outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to franchisees/clients for royalty and payment follow-ups
• Track due payments and ensure timely collection
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment status
• Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams for reconciliation
• Handle payment-related queries professionally and efficiently
• Follow up consistently until payments are received

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable with calling and handling payment discussions
• Basic understanding of payments, invoicing, and collections is preferred
• Organized, disciplined, and result-oriented
