Roles & Responsibilities
Must have Knowledge of RoW FF & FTTH Rollout
Mus have knowledge of ERP
Must have knowledge of RoW GR/GO/Policy Validation
Analytics, Good Verbal & Written communication.
Getting ROW DD & BG on TAT
SD & BG recovery follow up circle team
Have a update about central DN and DD process
'* NFA creation within TAT (1 Days) - 100%
* complete Tracker and on hold closure with in a day > 100%
* Urgent Payment DN e2e closer within 2 days - 100% (except bulk cases).
*Maintain Circle and authority wise GO rate and pole count .
* Maintain Monthly cost saving data.
* ROW Monthly Payment SLA > 99%
'* Simplification for Demand note validation to reduce efforts and time. Additional involvment require on ICW portal for row digitialization payment process.
* Efficiency improvement by 10%.
* Nil Penalties , Duplicity and DD rejection for Discom Bills due to errors @ DN validation, incorrect LOB doa in NFA creation .
* Nil NFA high rate demand pendency >2 days .
* Pendency and hold with cirlce /Planning and partner > 2 days - Nil (no addons)*
* FTR (Financial Transaction Request ) as per check list - Nil hold for cirlce rush and IP team at the time booking and final validation.
* Engagement calls - 100% participation .
* KPIs -Daily Monitoring, data checking for correction, Reasons and action plan to improve.
