Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Looking for enthusiastic freshers and Experience to start a career in US IT Staffing. Youll be trained to market IT consultants, work with US vendors/clients, and support placements across ERP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, etc.)
• Source US job requirements & submit profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Build vendor/client relationships
• Meet submission and placement targets
