Alongside its core media and community initiatives, CanadianSME is actively working on new digital products and platforms to better serve entrepreneurs across Canadaincluding SMEHub.ca and other upcoming projects.

To support this growth, we are hiring a *Web Developer & Coder* who will work closely with our internal team and other developers across various projects, contributing to both ongoing development and new product creation.

Salary and Shift

* Salary from 40000 INR to 50,000 INR per month*

* *Full-time role only (not freelance)*

## Key Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a core technical pillar. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a high-complexity B2B Marketplace platform currently being built by an external agency, while simultaneously leading and developing other internal software initiatives for our company. We need a "builder" who can audit code, manage technical debt, and ship high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Agency Oversight & Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for our partner agency. You will perform code reviews, ensure adherence to our Technical Specifications, and validate that the B2B Marketplace MVP meets our scalability requirements.
• B2B System Architecture: Ensure the successful implementation of complex marketplace features, including Multi-Vendor Split Order logic, RFQ state machines, and automated payout systems via Stripe Connect.
• Internal Product Development: Independently lead the full lifecycle (design, dev, deploy) of additional internal tools and specialized development projects.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and ensure robust security-by-design across all company digital assets.

Required Technical Expertise

We are looking for a developer proficient in the following modern stack:

• Frontend: Next.js (React) with a deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and getStaticProps for high-performance catalogs.
• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript) or Python for building secure, scalable APIs.
• Database & Search: Expert-level PostgreSQL (relational schema design) and experience integrating Algolia or ElasticSearch for faceted, SKU-based search.
• Integrations: Proven experience with Stripe Connect (onboarding, transfers, and webhooks) and transactional mail services like SendGrid.
• DevOps: Experience with JWT-based authentication (NextAuth/Auth0) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• N8N Automation

• The "Technical Translator": You can take complex business needs and turn them into actionable technical tasks.
• Agency Experience: You know how to manage external teams, hold them to high coding standards, and ensure milestones (Sprints 15) are met on time.
• B2B Mindset: You understand that B2B requires more than just a "cart"it requires handling corporate hierarchies, vendor verification (KYB), and complex fulfillment workflows.
