Role : ROC Intern

Real-Time CCTV Monitoring:

Continuously observe CCTV feeds to Personal Trainer's activity

Detect and report any unauthorized activities, policy violations, or safety hazards in real-time.

2. Incident Reporting:

Identify and escalate breaches of SOPs, including Personal Trainer

Ensure timely communication of incidents to the appropriate stakeholders for corrective action.

3. Compliance Checks:

Regularly verify adherence to operational and safety protocols.

Report any discrepancies and follow up on resolution status.

4. Record Maintenance:

Document all observations, incidents, and actions taken in Google

Sheets/MS Excel.

Generate reports summarizing monitoring outcomes and compliance levels.

5. Communication & Coordination:

Liaise with on-ground teams to address compliance concerns.

Provide timely feedback on recurring issues and suggest operational improvements.
