Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at several prominent locations across Haryana for a Robotics Trainer. The Robotics Trainer will primarily be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions focused on robotic systems, including robotic welding and troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hands-on training, conducting preventive maintenance and operational guidance for robotic equipment, and ensuring the curriculum meets industry standards. The role also involves mentoring students and professionals to enhance their proficiency with robotics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics and Robot operation and programming techniques
• Experience with Robotic Welding systems and their applications
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in robotic equipment
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance for robotic machinery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and mentor effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Robotics, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields
• Relevant certifications or prior experience in industrial robotics would be an advantage
