Role: Automation Testing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Lead to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C#, hands-on experience with UI automation tools like UIPath, Selenium, and TestComplete, and a deep understanding of BDD, SpecFlow, and NUnit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks and test suites.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C#/JavaScript.
- Apply expertise in object recognition, data-driven testing, and BDD methodologies.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Python, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain (a plus).
