We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Lead to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C#, hands-on experience with UI automation tools like UIPath, Selenium, and TestComplete, and a deep understanding of BDD, SpecFlow, and NUnit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks and test suites.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C#/JavaScript.
• Apply expertise in object recognition, data-driven testing, and BDD methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Python, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain (a plus).
