Opening with a leading Private Sector Bank..!!

Role : Relationship Manager & Credit - Infrastructure

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

-> Identifying long-term loan and investment opportunities in the various infrastructure sectors and developing businesses

-> Credit Analysis for the infrastructure segment

-> Financial modeling and structural completion

-> Working with the client to negotiate and finalize the term sheet

-> Making presentations for talks both inside and outside the company

-> Seeking consent from internal creditors

-> Finalizing the deal's documentation

-> Help the business RM disburse the client's approved debt facility

-> Periodically checking the portfolio -> Working on placements with the sales team and potential investors, including creating an information docket, etc.
