Job Title: Associate Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)


Location: Pune

Shift: UK Shift

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office)


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to join our high-performing and collaborative team. This role is suited for a expert who can independently manage complex third-party risk assessments and act as a trusted risk advisor for a leading UK Banking & Insurance client.


You will play a key role in driving the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle and supporting the continuous enhancement of risk management frameworks. The role requires strong procurement and vendor risk expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a global delivery model.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform end-to-end third-party risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements, client policies, and industry best practices.
  • Review and challenge vendor documentation across security, financial, operational, compliance, and resilience domains.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and report inherent and residual risks associated with third-party engagements.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Business teams to ensure timely completion of due diligence and remediation actions.
  • Drive oversight of remediation plans, track risk issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs and governance standards.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-risk vendor assessments.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of TPRM frameworks, methodologies, tools, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to junior team members.
  • Prepare and present risk insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay current with evolving regulatory expectations and emerging third-party risks within Banking & Insurance.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 4-8+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Operational Risk, or Procurement Risk, preferably within Banking & Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., FCA, PRA, EBA, ISO, SOC, GDPR as applicable).
  • Proven experience managing complex vendor relationships and high-risk third-party engagements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience working in global delivery or client-facing environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
