Hiring: Risk & Controls Banking (38 yrs)
We are looking for a Risk & Controls professional to support a large banking program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control design & documentation (preventive/detective)
- Issues management & remediation tracking
- Governance, audit readiness & executive reporting
- Dashboards & MIS using Advanced Excel / Power BI / Tableau
- Cross-functional coordination with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product & Tech
Must Have:
- Banking experience (mandatory)
- Risk & Controls / Governance background
- Advanced Excel + BI dashboards
- Strong stakeholder & communication skills
