What would you do? You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits. You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. In Risk Management you will be responsible for anticipating, plan for, and react to risks and issues to the project, including categorizing their severity, taking into account the likelihood of occurrence, mitigation & contingency planning. You will be expected to follow an agile approach that builds risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events and helps in continuous project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities: Learn & display end to end Process/ Domain knowledge at cross function levels (Industry level SME)Proactively manage reviews through agreed process stages as per client policies & procedures to ensure SLAs & other client expectation is met Understand & act in compliance with Accenture/ Client policies & procedures with regards to Data Protection (GDPR, CDP, Ethics) Systemic Audits for Portable device usage, Clean desk & dress code & maintain professional office decorum Read & respond to emails from Client & supervisor / Managers / Leadership without delay Mailbox management should be prioritized AFS Control framework adherence with zero misses & Daily Audit checklist completion Perform daily Team Lead documented huddle, conduct Systemic Process shadows & reviews for DTP & workflow adherence by teams, ensuring zero deviation Perform Daily Audit & Internal Process control checks to ensure quality work as per client guidelines DTP review & highlight any new information to be added & / or changes as required Documenting & Tracking periodic approvals, as per the Change Management Process for approval process guidelines Non-negotiable Excellent Analytical, Problem solving & able to derive RCAs People Management - Career pathing, skilling the teams, monthly calendarized 1x1 discussions AWACS & EWS Attrition, fortnightly reporting Leave Management (Shrinkage @10%) Optimize Capacity for utmost utilization, GPH adherence & MOS Manage No Shows cost & spread a culture of discipline & professionalism Lead by examples Timely completion of Weekly & Monthly Business Review Reporting, MIS & MOM of every Business meetings within 24 hours of closure Plan & Prepare for Client meetings & presentation forums, build positive client visibility with thorough process knowledge & research Build Strategies to execute Client & internal customers OKR & KRA work in accordance with the Vendor Score Card to successfully ensure scores more or = 4.5 /5 Respect, help peer group in discharging one & other duties at office, also share common work & responsibilities, also demonstrate & encourage best Practice sharing on the job Volunteer to take initiatives & additional responsibilities from supervisors & Leadership Do not encourage & harbor any anti organization /Unprofessional conduct within teams, always uphold merit & transparency & fair workplace policy Display People friendly, approachable attitude, sensitive to peoples expectations & drive performance management in a constructive manner
