Summary: As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will support service delivery through quality and risk management. You will increase awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and mitigating risks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, analyzing data, and providing solutions to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure adherence to compliance policies and processes. - Identify and assess risks, and develop risk management strategies. - Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate compliance with regulations. - Implement controls and measures to mitigate risks. - Stay updated with regulatory changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Risk Management. - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment. - Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for risk management. - Ability to analyze data and identify potential risks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
