The Position

The Security Affiliate Manager APAC will support affiliates with their product security needs by designing, coordinating, and governing a security network across our affiliates.

This role would be suitable for candidates with the right skills and mindset who also share the Roche values and make an active contribution to achieve our vision.

Main tasks:

• Be an ambassador and evangelist for Roche Diagnostics product security to affiliates.

• Develops strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the regions and around the global organization.

• Designs, coordinates, and governs a product security network across our affiliates consisting of colleagues who interface with customers on security topics.

• Intake from affiliates on customer needs and expectations (e.g. data localization, support topics, etc.) to drive improvements.

• Support affiliates with their product security needs, e.g. hosting training sessions, Q&A’s and other materials to meet customer needs.

• Make relevant product security information on products, services and ecosystem accessible to affiliates. 

• Building the bridge between affiliate and global teams, e.g. by facilitating knowledge sharing between those (within PSPO, product teams, etc.)

• Create a knowledge base of the most common product security questions to allow affiliates to respond faster to tenders/questionnaires.

• Gather product security-related metrics and provide report-outs to affiliates and management.

• Strong collaboration within the chapter and other PSPO chapters to ensure affiliate needs are tracked and served.

• Enhance internal commercial go-to-market plans with commercial leadership to include key affiliate security topics.

• Enable affiliate leaders and customer-facing roles including commercial and service to achieve greater promotion on topics of security with customers.

• Measure satisfaction with the chapter to ensure continuous improvement.

• Permanently optimizes processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant area of study, required. 

• Fluent in English on a business level with excellent verbal and written skills; other languages welcome, but not required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communicating security and privacy strategy, products, and ecosystems.

• Exceptional demonstration, presentation, and interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills are essential.

• Highly influential relationship builder.

• Customer-focused and commercially minded.

• Experience in the privacy and security field.

• Experience with compliance standards and regulatory mandates, security and privacy laws, regulations and standards.

• Goal-oriented individual, with proven positive leading in the matrix ability, strong business acumen, strong focus motivating and developing teams.
