Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop antennas and RF components for launch vehicle applications.
• Define RF system architecture, module configurations, and signal flow.
• Perform RF simulations, link budget analysis, and signal strength evaluations.
• Develop RF layouts and ensure optimal impedance matching and signal integrity.
• Conduct testing and validation of antennas, RF modules, and associated components.
• Use RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Participate in internal design reviews and ensure compliance with established RF design processes.
• Troubleshoot RF performance issues and implement corrective design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for system integration and qualification.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and compliance records.

Experience Required:

• 3-8 years of experience in RF design and development.
• Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, and circuit design.
• Hands-on experience with RF simulation and testing tools.
• Experience working in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environments preferred.
• Familiarity with component-level RF design and validation processes.

Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech
