Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Biovia ELN and a strong background in lab operations. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams to drive impactful solutions. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for lab operations.Oversee the implementation of Biovia ELN solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.Provide expert guidance on lab operations to optimize workflows and processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all lab operations.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on data analysis and feedback.Support the development of business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on lab operations.Demonstrate expertise in Biovia ELN with hands-on implementation experience.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in project management and documentation.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
