(This is a senior part-time role, not daily HR operations)


Role Summary


This is a part-time, senior HR leadership role focused on performance

management, policy ownership, and culture building not a recruitment-heavy HR

role.

Day-to-day hiring and onboarding are already led by a dedicated Talent Head

(Nasreen), supported by a junior admin. Your role is to design, operate, and enforce

the people-performance system that keeps the organisation sharp as it scales.

You will work closely with the Founder and Business Heads.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Management (Primary Ownership)

Own the companys performance management framework

Ensure role clarity, goal setting, and review cadence across teams

Track performance gaps and support managers in corrective action

Ensure performance reviews lead to real outcomes, not formalities

Policy Ownership & Governance

Own and maintain all HR policies, SOPs, and people frameworks

Ensure consistent policy interpretation and enforcement

Update policies as the organisation evolves

Act as the escalation point for policy-related decisions

Culture & Behavioural Discipline

Reinforce accountability, ownership, and discipline across teams

Address patterns of non-performance or behavioural issues


Support leadership in building a high-standards culture

Prevent soft HR or checkbox-driven processes

Leadership & Advisory Role

Act as a sounding board for Founder and Business Heads on people matters

Coach managers on handling performance conversations

Provide concise, fact-based people insights to leadership


Who Should Apply
