Job Description

Role Overview

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing room and bed revenues across all Jungle by sturmfrei properties by effectively managing central reservations, pricing strategies, inventory distribution, and close coordination with on-ground property teams.


This role is critical in securing consistent revenues, improving occupancy, optimizing ADR, and ensuring that sales opportunities are not lost due to operational gaps or delayed responses.


Key Responsibilities

1. Central Reservations Management

  • Oversee and manage all incoming reservations across channels including WhatsApp, calls, OTAs, website, walk-ins, and corporate/travel agent inquiries.
  • Ensure quick response times, accurate confirmations, and smooth guest communication.
  • Maintain centralized control over availability, room/bed inventory, and booking allocations.
  • Coordinate with properties to ensure real-time availability accuracy.


2. Revenue Maximization & Pricing Strategy

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, local events, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and improve Occupancy %, ADR, and RevPAR across all locations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, extend stays, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Strategically manage discounts, offers, and packages without eroding profitability.


3. OTA & Channel Management

  • Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions on OTAs such as Booking.com, Hostelworld, Airbnb, etc.
  • Ensure rate parity and optimize channel mix to reduce dependency on high-commission platforms.
  • Analyze channel-wise performance and recommend corrective actions.


4. Property Coordination & Operations Alignment

  • Act as the key point of contact between central reservations and on-ground property teams.
  • Coordinate closely with Property Managers to understand operational constraints, room readiness, maintenance blocks, and walk-in scenarios.
  • Ensure that operational realities are aligned with revenue commitments and guest promises.


5. Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
  • Forecast demand and occupancy trends for upcoming weeks and months.
  • Track booking pace, cancellations, no-shows, and lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Present actionable insights to management for strategic decisions.


6. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reservations and revenue control.
  • Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, and booking accuracy.
  • Continuously improve systems, response quality, and revenue efficiency.
