Role Overview


We are looking for a data-driven and commercially sharp Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall profitability across business lines. This role is responsible for revenue forecasting, pricing optimization, performance analytics, and margin improvement initiatives. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining strong unit economics.


As a Revenue Manager, you will bring structured revenue planning, predictive forecasting, and analytical rigor to help scale enterprise growth sustainably. This role is ideal for someone who combines financial acumen with strong business intelligence capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


Revenue Planning and Forecasting

  • Develop short-term and long-term revenue forecasts
  • Build predictive revenue models based on sales pipeline and market trends
  • Analyze ARR, MRR, churn, and expansion metrics
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly planning cycles


Pricing and Monetization Strategy

  • Develop and optimize pricing frameworks across products and services
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking
  • Identify margin improvement opportunities
  • Support discounting policies and approval structures


Revenue Analytics and Reporting

  • Track revenue KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Conduct variance analysis against targets
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams
  • Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV, and profitability metrics


Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales Ops and Marketing to align GTM strategies
  • Support contract structuring and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with finance for revenue recognition and reporting accuracy
  • Drive revenue optimization initiatives across departments


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in revenue management, pricing, FP&A, or commercial strategy
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and revenue analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of SaaS or enterprise business models
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
