Position Overview:

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the company’s revenue performance across all channels and business segments. This includes analyzing market trends, forecasting demand and identifying revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions that drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all business segments.

Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate demand forecasts and revenue projections, ensuring alignment with company targets. Provide regular reporting and analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis, market trend assessments, and customer behaviour analysis to identify new revenue opportunities.

Collaborative Nature: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure promotional strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer segmentation.

• GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new and existing financial products, aligning with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role (preferably in fintech or a multi-product platform business)

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of revenue management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting
