Revenue Manager - B2C Sales (BPO Experience Required)

JOB OVERVIEW

Oxper is looking for a result-driven sales professional from a BPO background who understands how to convert inbound opportunities into revenue and build strong client relationships.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 57 years of experience in BPO (B2C sales preferred)
• Strong background in converting inbound leads into paying customers
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling
• Ability to lead and mentor a sales team
• Strong client handling and objection management skills
• Confident negotiator who takes complete ownership of targets and results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert incoming leads into revenue through consultative selling
• Lead and mentor a team of executives to achieve sales targets
• Monitor performance metrics, conversions & revenue goals
• Handle critical client conversations and ensure closures
• Improve scripts, processes & customer journey
• Drive a culture of accountability and ownership
