Revenue Manager (3–5 years), Part-time

MonzyAI (monzyai.com) is building an AI copilot for revenue teams, helping revenue leaders make faster, sharper decisions on pricing, distribution, and performance.

• Pricing & Revenue: Run dynamic pricing and restrictions to improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR.
• Forecasting: Build and update forecasts/plans using pace, history, and market signals.
• Channels: Optimize OTA + direct performance (parity, content, ranking, conversion, cancellations).
• Market Intel: Track comps/demand shifts and translate into pricing/promotions/inventory moves.
• Funnel: Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion with Sales/Reservations.
• Reporting: Own weekly/monthly dashboards and revenue reviews; drive clear next actions.
• Systems & Process: Keep PMS/channel manager/CRM clean; create SOPs and spot automation.
• Product Loop: Feed insights to the product teamtest, measure, iterate.
  

• 35 years in revenue management / channel strategy / reservations leadership (hotels, boutique stays, villas, managed rentals).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, promotions, pricing levers, and OTA extranets.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, Tableau/Looker-like tools a plus).
• Great communication and stakeholder managementable to explain the why, not just the what.
  

• Hands-on experience using LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. for analysis, summarisation, drafting, and workflow acceleration.
  

• Exposure to RMS tools, STR/STAR reporting, or multi-property revenue operations.
• Basic SQL or comfort pulling/cleaning data.
• Ability to write clear prompts, sanity-check outputs, and use LLMs responsibly for faster decision-making (not blind autopilot).
