Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Conversion Lead who understands Health SaaS dynamics, structured sales systems, and high value B2B deal closures.

This is a revenue focused role responsible for designing lead funnels, nurturing prospects, driving on call conversions, and managing the complete lead lifecycle.

You will directly influence revenue growth and marketing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine high impact sales call scripts
  • Design and execute structured lead funneling & nurturing strategies
  • Drive strong on-call conversions, especially in B2B healthcare segments
  • Create Health SaaS oriented engagement and conversion content ideas
  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle from inquiry to closure
  • Support marketing alignment with conversion-focused inputs
  • Monitor funnel performance and optimize conversion ratios


Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in HealthTech / SaaS / B2B subscription sales
  • Strong understanding of lead psychology and conversion behavior
  • Experience handling and optimizing 30+ Lakh marketing/sales budgets
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
  • Strong voice clarity and structured communication skills
  • Data-driven approach toward CAC, funnel efficiency, and ROI


Preferred (Adds Strong Advantage)

  • Understanding of multi-domain marketing strategies (performance, brand, offline, digital)
  • Active and well-maintained LinkedIn presence
  • Comfortable initiating and managing conversations with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers
