Were at an inflection point.
Our core business has strong momentum, and were now looking to unlock the next leg of growth -new revenue streams, deeper user engagement, offline expansion, and high-conviction bets that dont yet have a playbook.
Were hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Growth to work directly with the leadership team to identify, validate, and build 01 growth initiatives across product, monetization, partnerships, and offline opportunities.
This is a builders role, not a deck-making role. If you enjoy ambiguity, love solving hard business problems, and want real ownership early, this role is for you.
What youll do?
- Work closely with founders and business leaders to identify high-impact growth opportunities across products, users, and markets
- Conceptualize and launch 01 initiatives that unlock new revenue, engagement, or business lines
- Drive deep user research, market studies, and competitor analysis to shape strategy
- Own cross-functional execution with product, marketing, engineering, and operations
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, pilots, market launches) and iterate rapidly using data
- Build and track KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for new initiatives
- Lead offline / on-ground initiatives such as partnerships, supply onboarding, distribution pilots, or new market launches
- Own projects end-to-end from hypothesis execution scale or shutdown
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team on growth and expansion bets
Who were looking for?
Were looking for someone who thinks like a founder, operates like an owner, and executes like an operator.
Must-haves:
- 47 years of experience in B2C / D2C businesses (consumer tech, commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions)
- Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking
- Hands-on experience owning or influencing revenue, GMV, or P&L (1215 Cr+ annually is a strong plus)
- Proven experience launching or scaling 01 initiatives, new categories, or markets
- Deep user understanding ability to translate insights into real business outcomes
- Exposure to offline or on-ground business creation (vendors, partnerships, supply, ops, distribution)
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and minimal structure
Nice to have:
- Founders Office / Chief of Staff / New Initiatives experience
- Experience in D2C, commerce, subscriptions, or community-led platforms
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
- Exposure to hypothesis-led market experiments or launching new verticals
- Prior experience working closely with founders or CXOs
